Flavours. Strawberry is nice banana too sweet,chocolate is nasty they all blends well. I add some berries flaxseed and chia seeds in with mine. in all honesty i don't think it fills you up ideal if your on a diet ok for a milkshake without going to maccy d's I guess Goes Well With: Berries

I think this product is fantastic! It has really helped me with dieting and not eating junk food plus is easy to use add to a shaker one scoop dies the job !!

I was very sceptical before I tried this. But, I find it does actually work. I have tried vanilla and strawberry as I am not too keen on the others. I do find them much sweeter than they probably need to be, and that is my only criticism
