Omega 3-6-9 combines fish and plant oils, which help to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.³ Our capsules provide a perfect blend of omega-3, 6, and 9 fatty acids which play a key role in keeping you healthy — EPA helps your heart to function normally,¹ and DHA supports normal brain function.²
