To keep you fit and healthy, so that you can give your all, we’ve also added zinc which contributes to normal cognitive function³ and the normal function of the immune system.⁴

Our expert blend also includes 1000mg of lemon balm extract, 50mg of chamomile extract and 150mg of L-Theanine per serving, three popular ingredients in herbal sleep products.
