Whey Protein Hydrolysate (Milk) (91%), Acid (Citric Acid), Flavouring, Colour (Beetroot Red), Acidity Regulator (Phosphoric Acid), Sweetener (Sucralose), Anti-foaming Agents (Dimethyl Polysiloxane, Silicon Dioxide).

We recommend 1 scoop (25g) mixed with 300 to 400ml cold water. After shaking, wait about 15 seconds for the natural foaming to settle and then watch as it gradually clears into a colourful, translucent and refreshing protein drink.
