Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk) (contains Emulsifiers: Soya Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin) (31%), Oat Flour (31%), Micellar Casein (Milk) (21%), Inulin (5%), Egg White Powder, Flavouring, Baking Powder (Raising Agents (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin]), Maltodextrin, Salt, Colour (Ammonia Caramel), Sweetener (Sucralose). ALLERGENS: For allergens, see ingredients in bold.

Add contents of the sachet (50g) to your mug of choice. Add 70ml water or milk to the powder and mix to a paste. Microwave on 800 watts (or similar) for 40 - 50 seconds, until the cake rises. Leave to stand for 30 seconds, eat and enjoy! IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This product is intended to be used alongside a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Suitable for vegetarians.
