When should I consume Organic Wheatgrass?

It can be easily be added to juices and shakes, or sprinkled over breakfast

Mix 5g of Organic Wheatgrass Powder in 200ml of water. Alternatively, add to smoothies, juices, cereals, yoghurts or in baking.
