Our Manuka Honey is certified to contain a minimum of 100mg/kg of methylglyoxal (MGO), which is a naturally occurring active compound with antibacterial properties. This is found in most honey, however it’s found in much higher concentrations in this type.
It’s an ideal choice to naturally sweeten foods such as yoghurt or porridge, plus it’s low in fat.
