Macro:Meal is a blend of protein and carbohydrates, designed for those looking to consume healthy nutrients in one convenient meal replacement shake. Specifically designed for those who lead a hectic lifestyle or are continually on the go. The formula provides a great alternative to unhealthy snacks and fast food.

The protein content is a blend of Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate, Egg White and Milk Protein to provide a tapered release of amino acids which will help with the maintanance of muscle mass. The carbohydrates are sourced from the a blend of fine scottish oats and activated barley.

Please note that the labelling on this product is provided in English as a minimum. French, Italian, German, Spanish, Danish, Swedish and Finnish may also be present on a product by product basis.

This shake has been designed to provide a balanced (1:1) ratio of protein which contributes to the growth of muscle mass, and carbohydrates which promote muscle recovery† after exercise. We recommend adding one packet (80g) to 250-350ml of water or milk in a Myprotein shaker 30 minutes before and/or after your workout. Alternatively consume any time of day to increase your daily calorie intake. †Beneficial effect is obtained through consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours of exercise.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This product is intended to be used alongside an active lifestyle and a balanced diet. Suitable for vegetarians.
