When to take 100% L-Lysine?

Add your preferred amount of water or fruit juice into our shaker. Then add 1g, shake, and consume. Use once daily on an empty stomach. Or, simply add to your everyday shake or smoothie.

What does 100% L-Lysine work well with?

You can combine lysine with other amino acids to create your own unique blend. Leucine naturally occurs in protein and helps to build and repair muscle¹, so add our Essential BCAA 2:1:1.
