UNFLAVOURED: Hydrolysed Bovine Collagen Peptide (44%), Oat Flour, Egg White Powder, MCT Powder (Medium Chain Triglycerides (from Palm Kernel Oil), Glucose Syrup, Milk Proteins, Stabiliser (Dipotassium Phosphate), Anti-Caking Agent (Tricalcium Phosphate)), Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate).
CHOCOLATE FLAVOUR: Hydrolysed Bovine Collagen Peptide (40%), Oat Flour, Egg White Powder, MCT Powder (Medium Chain Triglycerides (from Palm Kernel Oil), Glucose Syrup, Milk Proteins, Stabiliser (Dipotassium Phosphate), Anti-Caking Agent (Tricalcium Phosphate)), Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate), Flavouring, Sweetener (Sucralose).

UNFLAVOURED: Add 1 sachet (45g) to 100ml milk or water and mix. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and add a small amount of oil/butter then reduce to a medium heat and add 1/2 batter to the pan and cook (makes 2 pancakes).
CHOCOLATE FLAVOUR: Add 1 sachet (50g) to 100ml milk or water and mix. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and add a small amount of oil/butter then reduce to a medium heat and add 1/2 batter to the pan and cook (makes 2 pancakes).
