- Preheat oven to 150-160 (°C) / 300-320 (°F) Mix 200g of Gingerbread Biscuit
- Mix in a bowl
- Add 4-5 tbsp. of milk and 40g of melted coconut oil
- Mix together until dough forms, adding more milk if needed
- Lay additional flour to a surface and roll the dough out using a clean rolling pin – to measure the dough thickness, use a 1 pound coin
- Cut out biscuits using gingerbread man shape or shape cutter of choice.
- Add all to a lined baking tray and cook for 9-12 minutes until golden
- Enjoy!
