Protein Pancake Bundle

The Protein Pancake Bundle provides the ingredients you require to make a delicious and nutritious high protein pancake snack.

We have included 80% vanilla flavoured Impact Whey Protein with Instant Oats, BCAA’s and the natural sweetener Xylitol, to help you make the perfect high protein pancake. All you need to add are two egg whites and a little skimmed milk.

Ingredients Included
100g Impact Whey Protein, Vanilla (1kg pouch supplied)
50g Instant Oats (1kg pouch supplied)
1 tbl spoon BCAA (250g pouch supplied)
3 tbl spoons Xylitol (to taste) (500g pouch supplied)

You will also require
2 Medium Egg Whites
200ml Semi Skimmed Milk

Instructions
1. Mix together the Impact Whey Protein, Instant Oats, Xylitol and BCAA.
2. If you prefer a smooth pancake then you can place the powder in a food processor for 45 seconds
3. In a separate bowl whisk together the milk and the egg whites until completely combined
4. Whisking continually add the protein mix to the milk mix until the two have a smooth consistency
5. Heat a frying pan with a small wipe of oil (we recommend our Coconpure) until the pan is very hot
6. Pour a thin layer of the mixture into the pan and cook until the bottom is sealed
7. Flip and cook on the other side
