This week we’re bringing you our price beater promise, if you find the equivalent product cheaper we will beat it on price. Here is how to get in touch;

1. Log into your account and from the “My Account” page double click on “message” (pencil symbol tile)

2. You will be taken to the “Contact Us” page and asked “What can we help you with?” click on “something else” tab underneath the question to reveal some additional questions and options

3. Please ignore the “Make changes to your account” options which appear below, instead select “Help with placing an order” which appears underneath those options in “Tell us more” section

4. Finally select “Can you tell us about your offers and promotions” and provide the information in the empty box provided below with any attachments/images as evidence to support your price query
