White Chocolate & Peanut Butter Rice Cakes

Rice cakes have been taking the internet by storm recently, so of course we’re jumping on the hype. And this recipe from

does not disappoint. Silky white chocolate, crisp rice cakes, salty nuts — it's like an episode of MasterChef.

Servings:  Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 rice cakes
  • 40 g peanut butter
  • 2 handfuls salted peanuts
  • 60 g white chocolate
  • Drizzle honey

Instructions

  1. Firstly, spread peanut butter over one side of your rice cakes. 

  2. Lay the rice cakes on to a tray and top with peanuts and a squirt of honey. 

  3. Put the rice cakes in the freezer for 30 minutes. 

  4. When the rice cakes are ready to come out of the freezer, melt the white chocolate in the microwave. 

  5. Dip the rice cakes in the melted chocolate. 

  6. Put back on the tray the chocolate to cool. 

  7. Enjoy!
