Ingredients For Our Wellness Superfood Smoothie

Serves: 1

  • 1 scoop Superfood Protein Blend
  • 250ml coconut milk
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 30g rolled oats

Method

1. Simply pop all of the ingredients into a blender and drink straight after your workout for maximum benefits.
