Strawberry Whey Forward Isolate Smoothie

Shake up your New Year goals with a delicious new premium protein powder.

There’s a reason Myprotein are calling Whey Forward Isolate the future of protein – it’s made using an innovative process of fermentation with microflora to create a dairy-identical but animal-free whey. It’s also smooth, creamy, and less than 103 calories per serving. Now that’s a lot of boxes ticked, right?

It’s a super-exciting start to the year and what better way to put it to the test than with a sweet and simple strawberry shake recipe. All you need is a handful of classic ingredients and a blender to create one seriously nutritional-boosting drink that will power your day.

And for a completely animal-free shake, swap out semi-skimmed milk for your favourite plant-based alternative.
