Soothing Turmeric Smoothie | Protein Plates Recipe Book
Top up your macro and micronutrients with this soothing turmeric smoothie. With 21g of protein this smoothie is boosted with turmeric root, coconut water, fruit mix and a scoop of protein powder. Whether it's a morning boost or a pre-workout snack, this one’s a winner.

Ingredients
- 1-inch fresh turmeric root (grated) or 1 tbsp. turmeric powder
- 300 ml coconut water
- 150 g frozen tropical fruit mix or 150g fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1 scoop Clear Whey Protein – Mango & Coconut
Instructions
Add the turmeric, coconut water, frozen fruit, and scoop of protein to a blender.
Blitz until smooth. Add a couple of ice cubes if you want to thicken the shake.
Enjoy immediately for a post-workout pick me up.
