Simple Protein Chocolate Flapjacks

Servings:  Serves 10

Ingredients

  • 200 g porridge oats
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • few drops vanilla FlavDrops
  • 100 ml semi skimmed milk
  • 45 g chocolate protein spread
  • 50 g vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. First, put the oats, honey, FlavDrops and milk into a bowl and mix until combined. 

  2. Microwave the mixture until there’s no liquid left. 

  3. Spoon the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper. 

  4. Flatten the oat mixture into the corners of the tray. 

  5. In a separate dish melt the chocolate spread, and then mix in your protein powder. 

  6. Spoon the chocolate mixture on top of the oats and put in the fridge for two-three hours. 

  7. When finished, slice into 10 pieces and enjoy post-workout.
