High-Protein Acai Bowl
There’s no doubt that acai bowls look incredible, with their vibrant purple colour, perfectly arranged fruit and heaps of peanut butter. But this is more than just a photogenic breakfast — it pulls through on macros too.
And it doesn’t need to be difficult. With our brand-new Breakfast Smoothie, you can have acai goodness in no time. Here’s how.
Ingredients
- 200 g frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop Breakfast Smoothie Blend (Blueberry & Apple)
- 50 ml almond milk
- 1 Oat Bake - Chocolate Chip
- Handful blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and banana
- Drizzle nut butter (optional)
- Handful granola (optional)
Instructions
Put the banana, Breakfast Smoothie blend and frozen berries into a blender.
Blend with 50ml of almond milk (but don’t add too much liquid because you want it to be thick)
Pour it into your favourite bowl
Add your toppings! We went with fruit and our protein chocolate chip Oat Bake.
