Everything The World’s Strongest Brothers Eat In A Day
It’s hardly a shock to learn that the world’s strongest brothers eat
In the video, the brothers eat some of their go-to recipes and explain the logic from their nutritionist for each one. Spoiler — there are loads of eggs, potatoes and rice incoming. Here’s a macro breakdown of what the guys eat in a day.
The Stoltman brothers are on a bit of a cut at the moment, — trying to lose some body fat —, so this day of eating is far less than what it would be when prepping for a comp. And Tom’s feeling great about it.

Take home message
Food is most definitely fuel for Tom and Luke Stoltman. And boy do they need a lot of fuel, even on a cut. Between them they racked up 7,344 calories and a whopping 505g of protein on this day. Safe to say their gains aren’t going anywhere any time soon.
