#RefuelYourAmbition Challenge Week 3
We’re already halfway through week 3 of our #RefuelYourAmbition Challenge and the challenges aren't getting any easier and the prizes are still coming in thick and fast.
If you’ve not yet been caught up on what our challenge is, let us fill you in. After 2020 (sorry to mention that year again) we think it’s time to Refuel Your Ambition, as no doubt it wavered last year. And to do that, we want to make sure you’re challenging yourself more and more. That’s why every week our ambassadors are setting a new challenge. Everything from showing off your skills in the kitchen to your skills in the gym. And of course, we had to include some pretty amazing prizes too.
Each challenge is set on the Monday, and you’ve got a full week to get your entry in!
So, let’s find out what went on in week 3. And if you’re curious about all the other challenges that have been going around, check out our roundups of weeks 1 and 2.
Israel AdesanyaGet's You Out of Your Comfort Zone
Pro boxer, kick boxer, and mixed martial artist, Israel Adesanya is setting everyone a challenge this week. Israel is challenging you to try something different. It can be any kind of sport, just something that puts you well out of your comfort zone. Anything and everything, from dance to surfing to boxing.
If you impress Israel the most, you’ll win a £200 Myprotein voucher.
For the full details of how you can enter Israel’s competition, see his post below.
Abou Konat’s Squat Test
Abou Konat’s challenge is a little more specific. Abou is challenging how long you can hold a squat for. And not just any squat, a weighted squat. So your glutes and legs better be ready.
If you prove your insane leg strength and win Abou’s competition, you’ll get a £200 Myprotein voucher.
Marino Katsouris’ Burpee Rush
Marino Katsouris has also got a £200 voucher up for grabs. But his challenge is pretty gruelling...unless you like burpees.
Marino challenges you to do as many burpees as possible in just 1 minute. But wait, the winner won’t be chosen by the most burpees within the minute, but it’s all about how much effort you put in. So Marino wants clean, serious burpees, all the effort you’ve got. Marino managed to get 30 in, reckon you can beat him?

Stephanie Wilkie’s Upside Down Challenge
Stephanie Wilkie, AKA Stephstorm_fit, has got two challenges for you to tackle this week. Each has a £50 Myprotein voucher waiting to be claimed.
Steph’s first challenge asks who can perform the longest handstand hold. So experienced handstand performers, this is your time to shine.
And for any handstand newbies, Steph’s second challenge is for you. All you have to do is record your first attempt at a handstand and the winner will be chosen at random.
For all the details, read Steph’s post below.
KJ | FITNESS’ Glute Circuit
KJ Fitness’ challenge for you this week is all about the glutes. To win her £50 Myprotein clothing voucher, you must perform 4 rounds of her glute workout. This can be with or without a resistance band, that bit is totally up to you.
So, if you reckon you’ve got some serious glutes, this one could be for you.
Emma Basten’s 5 Minute Glute Burn
Emma Bansten has a £25 Myprotein voucher waiting to be claimed with her glute challenge.
To win Emma’s prize, you’ve got to perform 3 exercises chosen by Emma, every minute on the minute. Complete the reps as quickly as you can, and get in a brief rest before the next minute. When the next minute hits, repeat. Emma wants 5 rounds of this circuit, so you’ll definitely be burning by the end of it, but we think it’s worth it.
