Rate My Fridge With Vitruvian Physique | Episode 1

Get ready to discover the snack hacks and guilty pleasures of pro-bodybuilder, Vitruvian Physique.

It doesn’t get much more revealing than having a sneak peek into someone’s fridge, right? And if you’re anything like us, then you’re more than a little curious to know exactly what’s fuelling some of our top Myprotein athletes.

Our brand new YouTube series Rate My Fridge is here to satisfy that curiosity — giving you exclusive, behind-the-scenes access to the eating habits of some of our favourite ambassadors.

Kicking things off in this hilarious first episode, we have none other than bodybuilding pro, Vitruvian Physique (real name Igor Opeshansky).

Igor’s probably best known for his entertaining, myth-busting nutrition and training vlogs — if you haven’t seen anything from him yet, we seriously recommend. He definitely takes the snooze out of the science.

He’s also got a degree in BSc Human Physiology and plenty of medals from powerlifting and physique competitions to back him up. Yep, he can talk the talk andwalk the walk.

Ready to find out exactly what fuels this machine? Of course you are.
