Get The Truth About Veganism With Our New Series

With Veganuary in full swing, all of the usual questions about veganism resurface again. How do vegans get enough protein in? Can you build muscle on a vegan diet? Do you have to supplement on a vegan diet? It can be a bit of a minefield sifting through all of this information on the internet (there’s a hell of a lot of it), so we thought it’s best to find out the answers from seasoned vegans themselves. That’s why we created The Truth About series.

What is the series?

The Truth About will delve into a huge range of different hotly debated topics in the fitness industry, and we kicked it off with Veganism.

We’re diving into topics like training on a vegan diet, the truth about the benefits of going vegan, what kind of supplements you have to take as a vegan, and of course, how to get enough protein in to hit your macros and achieve your goals.

When can we see the episodes?

For the first series, The Truth About Veganism, expect a new episode every weekend in January, to see you through what might be your first try at a vegan diet. Tune in on our Instagram page.

We’ve got two episodes waiting for you to catch up on...so why not dive in now?
