A Week On The Internet | Real Life Ninja & An Unusual Forearm Workout

Let's face it, a day on the internet is a long time, never mind  a week. It can be hard to keep up with the endless list of platforms, and you don't want to waste time trying to. Don't worry, we've got you.

Welcome to a compilation of some of the best virals to emerge from the world of sports, fitness, and nutrition over the past week — and some you just need to see!

Gravity? What's that?

Jury’s out on which one's harder, but we’re leaning towards the first. We'll get back to you after we try them out.

Legend

Paul Ellis recently became the highest amputee in the country after he crawled Snowdon. We hope he didn’t have to wait 45 minutes to reach the summit!

Real life ninja

Not sure that sharp blades and acrobatics should ever go in the same sentence, never mind being combined in real life. This would look like an injury waiting to happen if Shaquan hadn't executed it so perfectly.

Young Messi

Liverpool Football Academy footballer, Arat, looks like he's ready for the big leagues.

After reaching Instagram fame through videos of him completing gymnastics exercises at the age of two - Arat has gone from one strength to another with regards to his physical ability.

Cardio anyone?

A workout so intense it almost takes out the camera man...

15-year-old Dima went viral for the workout that they posted back in 2020! We got dizzy just watching this, never mind completing it.

Not your average workout

Luke Stoltman makes lifting a 200kg log over his head look like light work – pretty impressive stuff especially after a shoulder injury.

Who even needs dumbbells?

This is a forearm workout we definitely haven’t seen before. Looks like it might take a lot of practice to get on Tom’s level, but would  definitely make for some interesting Christmas presents.

Anyway, down to the important stuff - where can we get some of those glasses?

Challenge accepted

Malin Malle recently completed this mobility challenge. It includes placing a glass of water on your hand and getting up without knocking it over. She's challenged her followers to have a go too.Looks easy enough, right?

Workout of fire... for real

Ever experienced the feeling of your back burning after a few pushups? No, literally.

We definitely haven’t seen this before (wonder why) – and we don’t recommend anyone trying it.

Question?

Israel Adesanya breaks down his signature move - the Question Mark Kick.We wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end of a kick from Israel, but at least we now know how to do it back...Missed last week's episode?
