What’s in Episode 3?
This week’s episode sees Olympic hurdler Colin Jackson chat to Strongman champion Laurence Shahlaei about whether you’re really fit if you can’t run a mile. Both have different approaches to their fitness, Colin’s sport requires excellent cardio fitness, whilst Laurence focuses on strength to win his title of Strongman champion, but how important is cardio to everyone, no matter the sport?
Listen as we delve into whether we should all be running a mile (or at least trying to) in every gym session, and whether avoiding cardio altogether in our gym routines is inherently unhealthy.
If you’re someone who’s not even sure how to turn the treadmill on in your gym, this one might be for you.
