Hi, if you have seen my review on the peanut butter then it basically the same thing! However I have this on weekends and it really helps with fatigue and tierd ness, it also can help with digestion!  That’s my pov and I think it’s doing great for me! Will buy again  Goes Well With: I have this in my over night oats on weekends

The best nut butter for cooking with that I’ve found to date - I use it as a replacement for tahini in hummus and also to make easy satay sauces. I like the fact that it is just 100% nuts with no added oils, salt or sugar. Goes Well With: Great to use instead of tahini
